The team at Designed Air Systems Ltd. is able to complete building audits to determine the condition of the mechanical systems within the structure. We will visit your site, review and document existing equipment and “as found” condition/age of mechanical systems. We will provide a condition assessment, preliminary design strategies, and budget costing for recommended upgrades to improve overall efficiency. During the commissioning process, we ensure that all of your mechanical systems are properly designed, installed and functioning at their maximum efficiency.

Indoor Air Quality Testing

Our team is also skilled at conducting indoor air quality assessments. We use specialized equipment to measure indoor air pollutants, possible fugitive emissions, or even dust particulate which determine whether levels are contributing to occupant complaints, and confirm that overall IAQ meets both ASHRAE and WCB standards.
